- User Obligations You agree to: Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Maintain the security of your account information. Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Disclaimer of Liability
ACEQUEST LLC is not liable for:Delayed or undelivered SMS messages due to carrier network issues.Any damages or losses arising from your use of our SMS services. Misinformation provided by third-party carriers.
